I was so pleased with the hotel, especially considering the time of year i visited it. the reception staff were friendly. They worked very long hours, always smiling. the location is very central. It is easy to get to the harbour, many restaurants, and bus stops. i really appreciated the room with a balcony. It was very nice and offered good views.

The parking situation can be a little tricky if you are driving a car. I found it a bit difficult at first.

The hotel is in a central area. It is near various sites. i could easily walk to rainbow street and the cathedral. i found the accessibility to key landmarks a great advantage. Everything felt close.

the hotel features a bistro, alongside a starbucks on the side. breakfast was served daily and presented a good selection. the facilities were well maintained and added convenience to my stay, especially the easy access to coffee.

The staff was great. Not gonna lie.

The room I got wasnt ideal. The bathroom was pretty small, and the sink seemed like it belonged in a tiny guest toilet. It was just not practical. I also think the furniture looked a bit cheap, considering what I paid.
